Enterprise Zone How to Qualify Workshop

The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold multiple in-depth “How-to-Qualify” Workshops in-person in locations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. These workshops will provide detailed instructions on the qualification process for Grant Year 2024 Real Property Investment Grants and Job Creation Grants.

• Workshops include a section for CPAs on the CPA Agreed Upon Procedures
• Grant Year 2024 grants include:
  -Grants for jobs created in calendar year 2024
  -Grants for real property investments that received final placed-in-service documentation in calendar year 2024
• Attendance is open to the public and free of charge
